A házasság a Vatikánvárosi Állam jogrendjében

Jelen tanulmány a Vatikánvárosi Állam házasságjogát tanulmányozza. Gyakorlati jelentősége csupán egy áttekinthető mennyiségű esetre terjed ki, ennek ellenére a kánonjogászok számára érdekes lehet egy olyan állami házasságjogi rendszer tanulmányozása, amelyben - sok más országhoz hasonlóan - a polgári házasságot a mindenkori vallási szabályoktól relatíve függetlenül vizsgálhatjuk ugyan, mégis ennek a kis államnak jogrendszere egészen sajátos karaktert hordoz, ahol éppen a házasságjogban nincs semmilyen eltérés a ius divinum et canonicum, azaz az isteni és a kánonjog között.

Remarks about section c) of article 4 of the Law No. LXXI on the Sources of Law, of 1 October 2008

This paper studies the marriage law of the Vatican City State. From a practical standpoint it only covers a limited number of cases; however, canonists may be interested in studying a marriage law system of a state, where - as in several other countries - civil marriage can be studied relatively independent of prevailing religious regulations, but the legal system of this small state has unique characteristics as there are no differences between ius divinum et canonicum (divine law and canon law) in case of marriage law.
